The central square of short distances. This is where it all began in 1996. That year, the design by a Swabian architectural firm emerged as the winner. It envisaged grouping the new buildings around a central square in the centre of the area, taking into account the listed old buildings. If you stand right next to Poseidon, the red steel sculpture in the centre, you can see how successful the project is. The historic brick barracks look of the 50s building blends harmoniously with the glass ensemble of the 92. Completely traffic-calmed and centred in such a way that you can get from it to the place of your choice in just a few steps, the campus also invites you to simply linger, especially in summer - there are plenty of seating options or you can make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers in front of the canteen.
