Ansbach University of Applied Sciences has a strong focus on internationalisation and globalisation. Students are encouraged to gain intercultural competencies and improve their language skills by spending time abroad as part of their studies. They can expand their academic range by studying at an international partner university or as Free Movers around the world. Practical training at companies all over Europe and overseas enables them to experience real live exposure to different working cultures.

The university also welcomes international degree-seeking students and exchange students from partner universities. Mentoring programmes and cultural activities with German students help them to adjust and integrate.

The International Office is the service centre to help with questions regarding studies and practical training abroad, funding programmes, partner universities in and outside Europe, as well as to support international students and guests.
