Open Day
Our Open Day takes place on the campus of Ansbach University of Applied Sciences annually. On this Saturday in spring, all students have the opportunity to get first-hand information through lectures held by professors and staff of the university. The presentation of the study programs is supplemented by information stands. Our institutions as well as the student representatives can also be found here. All prospective students can experience the university up close.

School visits of the General Student Advisory
Our General Student Advisory is happy to visit you at your school and inform you about Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, the available study programs and special features. After that, we are of course available for questions.

Visits to the campus, to laboratories and campus tours
Would you like to get to know the university up close with your class/level? No Problem! Come visit our campus with your class. On request, you can, among other things also visit laboratories and TV studios of the various courses of study.

Mock Lectures
You are still unsure what and where you want to study? You want to experience the subjects you are interested in “live”? Then simply attend a lecture to get an impression of a particular course of study and experience the atmosphere in the lecture hall and on campus.

Mock lectures are regular lectures in which individual students can participate as guests without any obligation. Attending these courses will give you a first impression of your course of studies. You will get to know professors and students and experience the atmosphere at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences. The aim is not to fully understand the content of the lecture, but only to get an impression and a realistic idea of the respective course of study.

• The offered mock lectures incl. the times take place in the winter or summer semester: (Winter semester: 01.10.-15.02., summer semester 15.03.-31.07.)
• Lectures do not take place on public holidays or during the lecture-free periods.
• A lecture/mock lecture usually is between 60 and 90 minutes long.
• Attending a mock lecture is free of charge.
• The registration process is done directly via e-mail to the professors listed.
• Exceptions: For groups, e. g. For school classes, please contact the General Student Advisory Service!
