We manufacture injection moulds for our own needs. This is made possible by our production engineering laboratory, which is geared to the needs of mould making.

Tool design and CAD/CAM simulation

We develop and construct in higher education. We use the 3D software Solid Works with the associated mold design module, SolidCAM and MasterCAM.

  • Creation of drawings and 3D models for CNC machining
  • Transfer of 3D data records from other systems (ProE, Catia) via data interface (IGES, VDAFS, Step, ...)
  • Integration of standards from online catalogues

  • Current peripherals like network, A0 plotter, native and neutral data interfaces
  • Modern structure software SolidWorks-Simulation for the constructive optimization of components
  • Moldflow software (MPA, MPI, MPX) for the modern design of plastic injection molds
  • SolidCAM and MasterCAM to create programs for machining parts
