Students can rent accommodation on the university campus in the student hall of residence, which was built in 1999.

• 130 attractively furnished apartments - single and double apartments and 1 group apartment
• Single apartments – living area approx. 16-19 m²
• Double apartments – living area approx. 36-4 m²
• 1 disabled-friendly apartment with wheelchair access
• 1 group apartment with 4 bedrooms and shared kitchen/living room and washing facilities
• All apartments have a mini kitchen and private bathroom with shower and WC. Some also have a balcony or terrace.
• All apartments are equipped with a low-priced Internet connection via a dedicated line to the university
• Spacious common rooms for leisure activities
• Bicycle cellar; university car park directly in front of the hall of residence
• Modern eco-technology systems for rainwater utilisation for toilet flushing, solar hot water generation and photovoltaics.

The Hall of Residence was built in 2012 and offers 36 high-quality furnished single and double apartments. Good transport connections, the location adjacent to the Retti-Center and in-house parking spaces are some of the advantages of the Schwabeda hall of residence.

The hall of residence is located near the campus in Hölderlinstraße. All the student apartments benefit from the excellent location and modern, practical facilities tailored to student needs. Flat rate electricity and ancillary costs ensure that there are no nasty surprises at the end of the year.

The bright and airy rooms have been completely renovated and are equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, WLAN and TV connection. All rooms have their own bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a communal kitchen. The rooms on the 3^rd floor are fitted with mini kitchens. Room size is between 13 and 24 m². A storage room in the basement is available for each room
