BUSINESS ANALYTICS

Workshop series

Business Analytics describes the process of data evaluation and data refinement in the digital world. It is a cross-industry strategic tool for decision makers in companies. Big data and business analytics are topics that are by no means limited to large companies. Medium-sized companies also need data in order to survive in an increasingly global market environment. Innovations in the product and service portfolio as well as within business processes are important success factors in this context. Solutions that optimize and secure decisions will therefore gain in importance. Do you want to proactively shape change and identify new trends early on? How companies can use Business Analytics and Big Data Analytics for themselves is presented in our workshops with numerous examples.

LEAN MANAGEMENT IN HEALTHCARE

Seminar series
In cooperation with Klinik-Kompetenz-Bayern

Lean management is introduced as a problem-solving instrument in order to create a motivating working environment with more time for the patient through more efficient processes. In the compact seminar, top-level executives are trained in strategic significance in order to support the approach of the operatively involved forces. Middle-level managers and specialists are trained to become "lean supporters" or "lean experts" in the basic and advanced modules. The aim is to train qualified multipliers. Participants not only acquire specialist knowledge, but also learn methods for anchoring lean management in their own corporate culture. In the "Train the Trainer" format, the participants acquire know-how in moderation and didactics and are thus enabled to train their own employees or colleagues internally.
