Process map

The University process spectrum can be divided into three areas which are:

Core processes
Whereas teaching and learning used to be the most important asset of a university now  applied research and training is becoming more important than before.
Satisfaction of the regional labor market through vocational training and co-operative promotions is also seen as an important factor.

Management processes
As overarching processes these contribute to the overall control of the University.

Supporting processes
Supportive processes which ensure a smooth operation of the core processes.
