Examples of possible occupational fields leading on from this course of study include film/audio reporting and production in television and radio; many of our graduates also secure jobs in technical fields.

Computer graphics and animation play an increasingly important role not only in our media landscape, but also in research and the economy. The possibilities in this field range from photorealistic visualisation, through special effects for film and television, to the gaming industry.

The field of print publishing also offers many career opportunities as it increasingly merges with online publishing. The ability to take on the complete process of planning, producing and publishing textual and visual content is highly valued.
