Focus Module Servicemanagement

Desde la UPV se ofertará la especialización en Gestión Avanzada del Servicio. La especialidad integrará las siguientes asignaturas de 5 ECTS cada una:

  • Gestión participativa y trabajo en equipo para la mejora del Servicio
  • Alta Dirección en Empresas y Tecnologías de la Información
  • Nuevas tendencias en Estrategia de Servicio


At the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia the following 3 focus modules in service management will be offered. Each module represents a workload of 5 ECTS

  • Participative management and teamwork for a better service
  • Management information systems
  • New tendencies in service strategies
